You can install as many versions side-by-side as you want. Windows does this automatically by naming the folder the version number, but on Mac you'd want to rename the application - like this:

i Use over 6 Weeks the beta 5.3.0
is it better when i Upgrade / Downgrade to the actually official Version 5.2.3 ?
i am a DDJ-1000 User and i have no problems with the Beta but i have see that a new official version is to download that is the reason about my question.

I think I was not understood correctly :-)
I did not want to know if it is possible to install different versions
I wanted to know if it is safer if I changed from the version I currently installed
to the version released today
the current beta which I have installed has not been updated for a long time but the normal versions have been more often but still under the version number of my beta so I asked :-)
The 5.3.0 beta has some different functions that were not released in the 5.2.3 update, so you could keep both, use both, and not worry about either of them. This isn't to say 5.2.3 is better or worse.

Then I will continue to work with the beta 5.3.0 because it runs perfectly with me.
