Djm 250 mk 2 fader upgrade

Hey all.
Does anyone have any cleaver ideas on how to tighten the cut in on the magvel cross fader that comes with the DJM 250 mk 2.

Also, had anyone tried to upgrade to the mini inofader?
I'm using rekordbox with absolute mode.

OK. So I couldn't find much on the web about upgrades or tweeks. But I figured it out for myself.
Is anyone interested in a 'how too' review?
It involves the stock cross fader that comes with the DJM 250 mk2.
I haven't actually finished yet. But if anyone is interested, I'll take some pictures.
