XDJ1000mk2 & Rekord Box

I recently upgraded to the XDJ1000'mk2's. I want to be able to control the tracks through Rekordbox using the XDJ's. Currently I can't control them on the XDJ's fly wheel, the tracks will play through the mixer but there is no control through decks. 

Please help I have tried everything, running the latest firmware on everything and running a MacBook Pro.

Rekordbox Version 5.2.3

Mac OS HiSierra 10.13.3

I have followed all instructions and it is set up in LINK / Control Mode but still won't work. I have USB's running from each deck into the laptop.

Are you using rekordbox in EXPORT mode or PERFORMANCE mode?

Are you expecting to have the XDJs linked (with rekordbox simply providing the music library), or are you wanting to have rekordbox handle all the performance aspect and the XDJs are simply controllers?
