XDJ-RX XLR Output Levels Not Balanced
This unit's left output is weaker than the right.
I've exchanged cables and they work fine on the right output.

Have you measured a difference in the output or are you noting the difference by ear?

I plugged one XLR into the Right Channel Output and it plays normally, however when I use the same wire and plug it into the Left Channel Output, it is noticeably lower in terms of volume. Yes, I've measured the difference by ear but its so significant that its an obvious drop in volume.
However, using the RCA out seems to be working normally. I've tested an hour's worth of music and this is the conclusion that I've come down to.
