Help please

I bought the controller(ddj sb3) yesterday. I would use serato dj pro 2.0.3. The left Trim potentioemeter does not work, and the left led line does not light up either. What can be the cause off the error. Thank you for your answers

@Andras > I'd suggest trying a different USB cable, different USB port, or even try it on another computer first to verify that it's not an issue with the computer not providing adequate power, or a possible software or communication error.

I would recommend to return the unit since you only bought it yesterday.
