Ableton live with Toraiz sp-16 or DJS 1000

Hello!
Planning to buy either a Toraiz or DJS 1000 but wanted to know if they can be used as midi controllers with ableton live and how do they sync with the daw. Any experinces? Could I use any of these two to play drum racks or synths inside Ableton live? Thanks!

Hello,

You will be able to midi map both of these units with any daw. They both have Midi and USB Midi capabilities.

Would the step sequencer work with drum rack samples? Would the BPM in either the Toraiz or DJS 1000 would change if I change tempo in ableton?

I'm not certain if the step sequencer will work with the drum rack samples. The BPM will follow ableton is the units are set to slave midi mode.
