Hi I have DDJ-SZ2 my left deck(4) is mute but the others are working very well can someone help me please?

I mean I can't use my deck(4) because there is no sound is going on and I can't play any sound on it also when I open the virtual dj it says mute too on my deck 4

Have you possibly selected the wrong input for the channel? Try switching the channel input selector to match the USB port you're connected to:
