DDJ 400 trim knob is not centered

I have a new ddj 400 and the trim knob is a little bit off center, while rekorbox shows +/- zero, is there any way to calibrate the knob to the right position?

The positioning of the trim knob is less relevant to its operation than an EQ where the zero position matters; seldom do you need to put the trim knob to a specific position, as it's used to adjust the input level for the channel and should be adjust for each song.
