Help!!!

I just bought the pioneer DJ DDJ-SB3 and I’m about to lose my ducking mind trying to get it to work. I have it all hooked up but I can’t hear shit even if I plug in headphones... I called them and they were useless and I read the whole manual and watched everything online... how the fuck do I get his thing to make noise... Jesus.
