DDJ SR FREEZING

My ddj sr is freezing from time to time, usually when im using sync and then adjusting the tempo. I have the latest serato and firmware any update on this?

What do you mean by "freezing" -- the unit no longer transmits control signal?

Does the audio continue working?

Does Serato continue playing (on screen)?

Are you using a computer that is providing adequate power over the USB connection? Have you tried a different port / different USB cable ... or even a different computer?
