External High Frequency Hum SP-16

Has anyone noticed a subtle, very high frequency tone coming from the SP-16? Not through the outputs, from the machine itself. Thanks.

There shouldn't be... I don't believe there is a fan in the unit at all, it could be another component (like a capacitor) is causing that noise. If it continues, you should have it serviced - please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region for options.

Ok. It seems most noticeable in the first 10 minutes of powering on the machine. Very subtle but definitely there. Will seek service. Thanks.
