DDJ-400 Cogwheels don't spin, but scratch and tempo IS responsive?

Surface pro 3, yesterday at home plugged DJC, KB,M into a powered hub into device, no issues, messed with it for the last two days and the platters would spin during a song like a record, now same setup, but the turntables no longer spin, I've looked for any setting but I've only found vinyl mode, which doesnt help
