hola amigos tengo mi licencia RB pero no recuerdo con que mail la registre

hola amigos tengo mi licencia y la active en mi computadora el problema esque formatie mi maquina y ahora no la puedo activar me dice que ya fue usada , cree otra cuenta porque no recuerdo con cual la active. como la puedo recuperar para seguir usandola
