Track Scrolling

Is there a way to page thru tracks to get higher into the list instead of using the dial to scroll thru each one?

No, but there are two options - if you press and hold the encoder knob, you'll see a big letter A appear, that allows you to jump by letter. The other is to spin the knob faster, and it will use accelerated scrolling.
