DDJ 400 Rekordbox: preascolto esce in master e problemi ai filtri
Salve a tutti, da un paio di mesi sono possessore di una DDJ 400 che utilizzo con rekordbox DJ con tutta la licenza legale.
I problemi che ho riscontrato sono i seguenti, e da quanto penso di capire, sembrano essere problemi di software e non della DDJ-400 o almeno spero...
Problema più grave: dopo un po' che ho rekordbox avviato, magari dopo 1/2 ore, dipende, il preascolto che dovrei sentire in cuffia esce dal master, con un volume ridotto, ma esce dalle casse principali, fatto abbastanza spiacevole se si suona con impianti professionali in quanto il pubblico riesce a percepire bene il preascolto che dovrebbe sentirsi in cuffia e per risolverlo devo riavviare il programma. Le impostazioni audio le ho controllate, sono tutte ok (anche perchè il problema si verifica dopo un po' che il programma è stato avviato).
Altro problema meno rilevante ma comunque fastidioso, ogni tanto capita che gli effetti come il potenziometro del filter funzionino solo su un canale, in modo totalmente casuale.
Per non parlare del potenziometro dedicato ai filtri che se scelgo il canale 1 o 2 è indifferente, tanto gli effetti li usa su entrambi anche se NON è impostato su master.
Spero di essere stato abbastanza chiaro e spero di riuscire a trovare una soluzione.
Il mio hardware è il seguente:
Intel Core i5 5200U 2.20 GHz
SSD Sandisk 256gb
Ram DDR3 4GB
Windows 10 64bit
Ora i miei dubbi sono 2, è un problema del software per windows sviluppato male? (dato che in rete molti riscontrano problemi con rekordbox avendo windows) oppure è il mio pc che è poco performante? (anche se mi sembra strano dato che non riscontro lag o simili)

You said that you can hear the hear the headphone preview in the master - do you have the channel cue engaged on the DDJ-400 at the time that occurs?
And regarding the filters, can you be more specific as to what exactly occurs when you engage the filter on channel 1, then return it to the 12 o'clock position, and then engage the filter on channel 2?
Have you tried using a different USB cable or USB port on your computer?

Yes, it happens when I have the CUE channel on.
I try to be as clear as possible about the filters, I give an example: a track is playing on channel 2, the filter knob (lower right of the mixer) is set to operate on channel 1 but goes to filter track 2.
Another problem with the filter knobs placed above the faders of channel 1 and 2, in practice totally randomly decide whether to filter or not, this always happens after a while that the software is open.
As for the USB, I don't think anything changes because the program is fine at the beginning, it is after a while that has started that gives problems.
You think it's a problem with my DDJ-400 or a bug in the
rekordbox dj software for windows?
Because I was thinking of buying a Mac if the problem is because of the windows software ... I also work with the DDJ-400 I can't afford to look bad in front of the public.
