Programmability of "Learn" feature for mapping midi.

Is it possible to set the midi ranges for the rotary midi functions? For example setting a knob to only go between 1/64 and 32 beats for the loop size.

Unfortunately not, the MIDI functionality is pretty limited but a translator (such as Bome) could allow you to do that. If you wanted that particular MIDI control, you can assign a pair of buttons / pads to increase / decrease the loop size.
