Controller not working

Hey
I have a ddj 400.Everything was going good but my old laptop was not working properly it was too slow so i got a new one, installed rekordbox, activated license but my controller is not working that is i cant control anything from the controller other than master volume and my control device information is blank. I tried switching ports and cable plz help me out its urgent as i have a gig in the upcoming days.
