problems with my sb3

hello, a year ago I bought my ddj sb3 and I had never had problems until a few days ago when I went to connect it it does not turn me on. I changed from laptop and usb cable thinking that it was eo but the problem persists. I try to update the firmware but in doing so it asks me to connect the controller and the PC doesn't recognize it. please help.

My recommendation would be to test with a different computer to rule out the possibility your computer isn't providing adequate power over the USB to the SB3, as that's the most common issue we find with regards to this controller. Failing that, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your DDJ inspected and/or repaired.
