lighting fixture request

can you please add this moving head to your library i already tried all the moving heads they are in the library and nothing woreked i tried the sharpy clone and all the moving heads they are mentioned in the unknown brand also all the 230w and 7r moving heads, is there any chance you can name this moving head  ( beam light 230w ) i would really appreciate the support thanks in advance https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-4DR0WReHaISgtKX6bDZk7Hr9ErV1ita

Searching through our database and assuming the dmx in the document you have sent us is the same as in reality, we found one fixture which has the exact same channel structure as your fixture. Please check out the 'Unknown - 230W Beam'. If you have already checked this out and it's not the one you want, we would need a document/manual describing the channel structure in detail so we can add this fixture for you. The document you have sent us simply lists the channel order so it's not sufficient for us.
