IMQ Spot Wash 3048 not Working !!!

Hello 

i Have a BIG Problem you Programm a Light Fixture for 10 and 17 Ch Mode

but in the 10ch Mode I have no Color only White Spot ,on the 17ch Mode nothing is Glowing on the Moving Head ... if I take the 17ch mode on Rekordbox an set the Spotwash on 10ch Mode in Display I have some Function but if I set it on 17ch Mode in the Lamp nothing working !!! Please check the setting in Your DMX Programming
