Hi there im still having problems with rekordbox dj freezing on my new imac, i've took a few samples from the activity monitor when this last happened.

I'll ask you to please file an inquiry ticket here - that way we can get some other information such as a system report for our engineers to take a look at. You can reference this post's URL so the agent can grab the video and activity monitor files.

Just took a screen recording of it, i've updated rekordbox dj to the latesr version which has helped, but that beachball spins more than on other programs that i use. http://www.mediafire.com/file/srylw3hwoexdw9u/rekordbox_dj_screen_recording.mov/file
Yeah, that is a bit odd for it to take that long for the GUI to appear, especially when there's nothing in the database. Does the same thing occur when your DDJ-800 isn't connected?
Just tried that and it is still doing the same.
Thats me filed a support ticket and have provided as much information as possible, i've linked this post as well. In the add files section of it i wasnt able to upload the screen recording, would the size of the file be the problem as its 50mb in size, was able to add the sample text file though.
