I'm really sad about the lighting mode and RB-DMX1
I have noticed that Pioneer support leaves a lot to be desired, I have an RB-DMX1 interface for a while and I have not seen any updates since, we need an improvement in the Software, it is an excellent technology but a significant improvement is already necessary considering considering its competitor SoundSwitch has a lot of control of the Moving Head devices, including GOBOS and pre-program positions.

I am waiting for an answer about an update in Pioneer's lighting mode, including the Backup of the Lighting mode settings, I need to migrate to another computer and I am in no way able to take the information from the old computer to the new one. Library only.

We don't get any better, that is unfortunate.
As for that Denon DJ has a great support for its customers, what we just want is a care with its customers Pioneer DJ

I too would like to see an update for the RB-DMX1 interface and have posted elsewhere with a similar response i.e. “there are updates coming”

This has been the situation for some time now, Pulse your quick responses are appreciated but you must realise how demoralising the “party” statement is?

There are also plans in place to update Rekordbox but again no further information seems to be available.

Lots of us have extra free time on our hands at the moment, it would be great to be able to use this time to learn new features of our Pioneer products.

Having been a Pioneer user since analogue days I love using your products. Please consider at least giving us some information to reassure us that we all have a brighter future ahead.

@Rob > I'm sorry, but we never provide information on upcoming releases before they're available. As such, the official answer is "Sorry, we don't have any information available" or "We hope to see additional changes / requests reflected in a future update."

Even if I knew a brand new release with everything everyone was asking for was coming out tomorrow, I would have to lie to you and say I know nothing.

Again, I thank you for your patience while our team works to update the software.
