ddj-200/ Rekordbox headphone volume low !

hi there, I've been trying to find a,way to get the headphone volume louder but cant find anything, I'm running my ddj-200's with a splitter cable from my macbook to speakers / headphones and you can hardly hear a thing. any help please.
