DDJ-SP1 AUTO LOOP DOESN'T WORK

  HELLO Everyone I have a DDJ-SP1 everything works fine but the autoloop button doesn't work and doesn't lite either , is the one that when pressing shift and the autoloop button active video .can somebody help me thank you
