DDJ SB3 sound distorted

The sound coming out of my speaker and headphones on the ddj sb3 is all off it only plays deeper vocals and beats and sounds like coming out of a tin can overall. tired playing around with everything but a little frustrated.

Do you possibly have the FILTER engaged on the hardware?
