Ddj-400 Powered down and wont turn back on.

Had it for a little over a week. Was working great.. Powered down in the middle of playing and wont come back.. I tried going usb power brick. No change.. Ddj-400

Hey Wayne,

Sorry to hear that -- I would recommend contacting the retailer for an exchange if it's only a week old, you should be within their return period. If they won't exchange it, unfortunately it would have to go to servicing.
