Cdj 350 USB and CD read Error

Hi, since Today one of my CDJ is not able to read USB-Sticks and CDs! The one who is working I have updatet to 1.14 the one who is not working is on 1.08. I have done an factory reset (erase), nothing changed. If I put in a CD the CDJ-350 it ejects it immediately. If I connect the USB it jumps automatic to CD. Also if I try to do an Software update, the menu shows up but it will not pull any file. I got a feeling that the CDJ is STUCK. I won’t give up my CDJ350! So if any one can help me out I would rally appreciate!! Thanks
