Rekordbox 6.0 /Beta 6.0.1 Jokes

I sent e-mail to rekordbox and giving all the information / issue with the Rekordbox 6.0 /Beta 6.0.1. Takes 1 to 2 week to get reply. Then I was asked to send video of issue which is, when I load tracks, Rekordbox freeze and still am waiting another 2 weeks to get reply. This is a joke

I just looked at the ticket and we both know the amount of time you've stated above is not entirely accurate. I'm sorry it took our team 6 days to respond, they are all currently facing an increased number of tickets and may take slightly longer to address your replies. Thank you for your patience.
