DJM 450 adjust volume fader lag or switch out?

I was wondering if it's at all possible to adjust the lag on the djm 450 channel/volume faders or if u can switch them out for looser upfaders? I am a scratch dj and my only issue with this mixer is that i don't like how stiff/slow the volume faders are.
