Djm v10 midi issue

Hi, I'm trying to connect my new Cdj 3000s to my v10 but all that happens is that the on button for the MIDI section starts flashing. Everything else is dead except the effect display. Nothing MIDI is connected and have never been and I have never had any problem before with my old Cdj 2000s and my 1210s. I have updated the firmware and unconnected the cdjs but no success. what to do?
