Are you in stand-alone mode when trying to do that? Because that function doesn't work when acting as a controller for rekordbox.

Rotary selector working, won't change beat grid
I am unable to toggle my zoom waveform/beat grid adjust with the rotary selector on my rx2? The selector works fine but when I press it for longer than 1 second was the manual suggests, it doesn't change. Only allowing zoom of my waveform.
I want to use the controller as stand alone. Any ideas please?
