Sorry to hear about that - please try using a different USB port or USB cable as this is common when your computer is not providing adequate power to the DDJ.

DDj 400 Pitch/Tempo
My new ddj 400 seems to have a issue with the the pitch,it's reversed (move up it speeds up,move down it slows down)
