rekordbox update pop-up

when i open rekordbox theres a update pop up but i dont want to update. I Saw another post in the forum from 2018 . i tried renaiming the Upmgr rekordbox.app but it didint stop the popup. I did it and rekordbox was closing on its self on startup . Is there a new solution ? Please let me know .
