DDJ Rev7 Issues and no response.

I received my REV 7 this month and it has all kinds of issues, The plate is not glued on, and the first cue point on the left hand side doesnt work. When i called Pioneer they opened up a ticket for me which is great but when i take it to get "Fix" Pioneer won't answer the store thats supposed to fix it so they wont touch it until Pio response. Which led me to pick up up unfixed in order to get through my gigs. I call now the store to take it back and they say they been trying to contact pioneer but no one gets back to them. This is crazy for a controller that cost $2K definitely un- acceptable. Now I have a brand new controller that looks like crap because I had to glue that faceplate with crazy glue in order to be able to do my gigs. I'm extremely disappointed with Pioneer this time around.
