I have a ticket open about this too, no response yet but it is a little annoying, I have plenty of room left on a drive and can copy files to it in Finder but Rekordbox says the drive has no space
I have freshly formatted a 256GB SanDisk USB stick using FAT and MacOS shows that 256GB is available.
I have opened RekordBox 6 and this has put the standard PIONEER folder on the stick, it's approx 1MB in size.
Nothing else has been put on the drive at this stage. When I click on the USB device in Rekordbox (I am running the latest version, which is 6.6.4 at the time of writing) it shows 238GB as being available. This is 18GB less than the 256GB MacOS shows as being available. Can anyone explain the 18GB difference please. Screenshots attached

Thanks for reply, appreciate if you could let me know if you get anything back from the ticket you've raised.
