Sorry we missed responding before your gig -- did you ensure the USB drive was formatted FAT32 with Master Boot Record (MBR)?

XDJ XZ Firmware not updating
Hi. Just got a brand new XDJ XZ and the master channel is not coming out. I am trying to do a firmware update to see if that was the issue but it is not updating. I need help please, I have a gig tomorrow.
