The low volume wheel doesn't work on rekordbox or on my ddj 400

When I turn the wheel for the low sound on my computer and on my controller, it doesn't change anything but when I turn the wheel for the mid and the hi it works. Is it a problem with rekordbox? And how do I fix it?

If it's not resolved by opening the MIDI panel and pressing the DEFAULTS button, it could be a problem with the hardware itself. In that case, please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
