Is it possible to get rid of the 3/4 beat value for ECHO?!

Is it possible to permanently get rid of the 3/4 beat value for ECHO?! it makes it impossible to layer ECHO with another BeatFX (example: TRANS) and simultaneously changing the beat value consecutively without clashing with the 3/4 value!!!   

What I'm trying to achieve is combo Echo + Trans, and lower the beat value simultaneously in order:  example:   1 to 1/2 to 1/4...

but only(?) ECHO has that damn oddball 3/4 beat value !!!
