Device not showing up on Rekordbox

Hi, I just had Rekordbox installed on my laptop. It is also installed on my PC. Both are version 6. I wish to export playlists from my PC to my laptop. So I plugged a USB drive to my PC, it is showing in Rekordbox under devices. And I exported playlist.

Then I plugged the USB drive to my laptop to import. But there, it is not showing under devices.

I saw several posts on it but for Macs. I am using Windows.

Any idea how I can resolve this?

is the usb stick formatted in FAT so it is usable in Mac AND Windows?

I am not sure. I formatted it a while ago. But both computers are Windows and on one Rekordbox shows the device and on the other it is not.
