Even the trial should support the SB2; have you got the plan activated? Open the MY PAGE panel and see if you're logged-in with the plan active.

Need to remove demo from core subsciption
I have upgraded to rekordbox 6 and started a core subscription so I can use my controller model ddj sb2 which is supported with a core subscription the issue I am having is because the subscription come with a 30 day trial I can't use my controller until the paid subscription starts, is there any way I can remove the trial and start my subscription straight away?
