DDJ SZ making speakers sound off

Hello, recently i purchased a used DDJ SZ. Its in pretty good condition and everything and works fine when i connect it to to my computer speakers at home, but when i connect it to bigger speakers with XLRs at my gigs, the speakers sound like theyre blown. At first i thought it was just the speakers but then at my next gig it made the same issue when i used different speakers. What could the issue be?

I've seen this happen before - it's likely that the pervious owner connected the XLRs to a sound board that had phantom power enabled, thus sending 48V directly to the SZ's output board. You'll find that the RCA master output or booth outputs may work properly. The sub-board can be replaced or repaired; pease contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to for servicing.
