Virtually any; it's a USB2 host so the only thing I'd suggest is staying away from USB3.1 drives.

Write and read speed? Depends on?
I'd personally go with a USB3.0 drive because it will read/write fast from the computer, but the SP16 doesn't need a lot of performance.
Corsair Survivor Stealth 32 GB will be ok?
Unfortunately the Survivor series is the only model of drive I recommend avoiding due to compatibility issues. I used to love that drive for its ruggedness until I had problems loading it in CDJs and XDJs!
Reality? So what do you recommend in 32 GB
The only drives I recommend:
Corsair Voyager GTX 3.0
SanDisk Extreme Pro USB3.0
SanDisk Extreme Pro USB3.0? Toraiz only supports a 32 GB flash drive.
I've connected my 128GB drive ... it works just fine.
Pioneer does not mention in the manual what size is supported.
I use Memorex USB drives and they work great.
It's outdated, I'll sell it ... it didn't live up to my expectations
