Hey Dave,
Are you using an 11th gen Intel CPU?
I'm having issues with the ddj1000 not connecting to rekordbox - performance.
The unit itself is connected - is can be selected as audio output, but it will not control rekordbox, the pads don't lights up and there is no waveform upon loading tracks (drag and drop via mouse).
I've re-installed drivers, ensured firmware is current (1.07), have latest windows 10 updates (10.0.18363), am using various cables and differing USB 3/2 ports.
I've not had this issue previously, and have been using this same controller/pc combo for 6 months now.
I've perused forums and have competed all necessary fixes that I've come across.
I think my PC updated recently - could be the issue?
Thanks

hello. i am having the same issues. i am now using a 11 gen i5 processor, is this the issue?
@Keith > Likely; you should contact your PC manufacturer for updates for the Realtek audio drivers and/or system BIOS.
has there been any issues with using pioneer equipment and 11th gen processors?
Hey Pulse, I'm using an AMD chipset.
Nothing hardware related has changed from the time it was last working to now.
My DDJ-400 connects and operates normally.
Cheers
It could be applicable -- it would be the first we're hearing about it affecting AMD CPUs, but check with the computer or motherboard manufacturer about audio device driver / BIOS updates.
I had a similar issue when I installed the last update of Windows (20H2).
The DDJ 1000 was not more recognized.
I have uninstalled the windows update 20H2 and everything is now working
