DDJ - 200 WeDj For iphone sound problem

Hello so today my new speakers and DDJ-200 controller arrived and i was installing the cables in my phone etc... and for some reason on WeDJ app sound is not working at all i dont know why beacause other apps such as djay is working perfectly fine and one intersting thing is that my friend has same speakers and DDj-200 so that means we have same setup however i have iphone 11 and he has iphone xs so almost the same but his WeDJ is working perfectly fine so im asking do u have any solution for this ? thanks for help !

Hey Roland,

First, check that you have iOS 14.3; there was a Bluetooth issue with 14.2.

Second, ensure that you have it connected through the WeDJ app itself, not the phone's Bluetooth settings.

Third, check that the audio settings in the app are configured properly for the split output and that you have a MFI-certified (made for iOS) lightning-to-minijack adapter connected with the audio splitter connected.

If you're still having problems, let us know what is working and what's not, how you have things connected.

i have newest ios 14.4 and yes my ddj 200 is always connected through WeDJ app itself and yes i have mfi certified lightning to minijack my friend has the same products same cables everything but for me its not working when i go to options in audio in the master volume its saying usb2.0 device i cant change any volume to it and as i said other apps are woking completly fine today i will try friends adapter but if that is working thats really weird because then i need to buy like 10 adapters and hopefully one will not have any problems with WeDJ thats really sad :/

I have ios 15.6.1 on my phone. very excited to receive my new ddj 200 today and immediately very disappointed that WeDJ is not pushing out audio to my speakers. All other music apps are working fine through the split cable. Why oh why???

Being able to play from my iphone or ipad is the main reason I bought this thing  and neither of them are working. My master volume also changes to usb2.0 device as soon as I plug the adapter in.

Interesting, I found that a new settings for Usb1.0 and Usb2.0 becomes available under the Hearing\Audio/Visual\ settings when you plug the adapter in. So definitely some issue with app not communication correctly with the phone.

Please fix it!!

I am facing the exact same issue mentuined above. All connections are fine, I have connected through the app not BT, and the settings doesn't show the master volume control. Is there a fix for this?
