Do you have a paid Soundcloud account (or trial)?
Have you disabled any VPN or antivirus / antimalware software for testing purposes?
Are you using rekordbox 6.6.4, and if so, have you tried downgrading to rekordbox 6.6.1 to see if that works for you?
