Bug Pioneer DDJ RB with Rekordbox

Hello, I have bought a DDJ RB, bat I can't use it : there is no sound with the master output, and the channel level doesn't light up ... Where does it come from please ?

This is likely a settings issue. Windows or Mac? Which operating system version are you running?

Windows 8.1, all the firmware and drivers are updated ...
