Broken HDJ500 cable

My HDJ500 cord audio jack (tail end) snapped off in the gold connector. Took headphones out of XDJ-RX and only one bit of the cable came out, basically the jack but half? Gold connector and a portion of the audio jack of the cable are still lodged in the XDJ-RX! Never happened before. I have photos.

I'm sure my retailer, BM Soho would give me a free replacement but they're now unfortunately shutdown (gentrification). 

So yeah gutted, I don't trust the replacement cables I see while searching, most coming from china, and the price seems unreasonable considering what part of the actual product it is.

Any help/ideas would be appreciated.
