CDJ 900 often doesn't eject CD, makes clicking noise when it does

Hello again!

One of our CDJ 900s (not the one with the disc breaking issue) often doesn't eject a CD and when it does it makes some scary clicking noise.

I already completely disassembled and reassembled the disc drive and can't find any damaged or worn out parts. I also cannot spot any differences compared to a working 900 drive apart from the fact that the magnet to clamp the CD to the motor is rather strong.

You can "help" the drive to eject by manually forcing the "CD-loaded" switch in.
