Your channel input selector on the DDJ-RX should be the PC, not PHONO.
Can you post screenshots of your audio config in the rekordbox preferences?

DVS SETUP
I am trying to setup DVS using the PLX 500 and DDJ RX along with serato control vinyl.
I have been following the steps in the guide but I cant get any signal from the deck...
how do I go about setting the DVS up? do I use the phono setting on channel 1 and channel 2?

I have the same problem as the first statement. I'm trying to connect my PLX 500 to my DDJ DX2 with Serato Control Vinyl. I have also followed the guidelines. I have calibrated the control vinyl in Serato DJ but when I load a song into deck 1 or 2 the control vinyl is not being recognize no signal is being received. But receiving signal when calibrated can you help me out.

Try changing the DVS input source option (in rekordbox) from PHONO to CDJ and back.

Hi, I have a problem with my rekordbox dvs. I can calibrate that only by reversing my turntable vinyle (reloop rp 7000 and I'm using DJM 250MK2 mixer) . When I run the deck normally there is a calibration error and my songs are read backwards. And I'm in relative mode and did all good configurations.. Would you have a solution to this problem?

@Joel > Swap the L and R leads to the mixer, that's causing it to read backwards.

Hey guys ive im after some help to do wuth DVS just as mentioned above ive tried everything and nothing
i just got a pair of plx1000 ive plugged them into my ddj-rx controller
witch is DVS compatable but on Caliblation im just getting an error im not able to set it up anyone maybe know what im doing wrong ty in advance
