This is a bug that is hard to reproduce. I've had it happen a couple of times
Can you double check that the setting is set so it doesn't reset when you close RB.

Played Tracks are No Longer Marked as Green
For some reason since doing the most recent update my played tracks are no longer marked as green.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi this happend to me too after last update 6.6.5.
Played tracks didnt get green.

You can adjust the timing now - please verify what value you have it set to vs. how long you are playing the song.
